the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, the Innovation Council, Innovation and Technology Agency, "Sakpatenti", "GEOSTAT", the state program "Produce in Georgia", universities (East European University, Tbilisi state University, Caucasus University, Georgian Technical University, Georgian Institute of public Affairs(GIPA)), and non-governmental organizations and representatives of the operating funds in Georgia, scientist, practitioners.
